MAPS

Missions Abroad Placement Service (MAPS) is designed to involve men and women in foreign missionary service on a short-term basis. MAPS applies the skills and interests of dedicated individuals who wish to be used by God in overseas missions ministries. Through MAPS, every believer has an opportunity to be involved in fulfilling Jesus' commission to "go and make disciples of all nations" by assisting career missionaries around the world.

AIM

AIM (Ambassadors In Mission) is a Youth Missions program designed to equip, train, and send young people to experience the Great Commission. The national program is a partnership between the National Youth Ministries and Assemblies of God World Missions.

Missions is evangelism, and evangelism is the heart of God. God loves people. If we love God, we must also love people, even lost people.

As a missionary, it is always an honor and a joy to work with AIM teams. I look forward to the opportunity of having teams come and minister. I not only enjoy getting to know the team from the States, but also watching the relationships form between the team and the national church. The national church will be working side by side with you and absorbing everything that is done. When the team leaves, the nationals will continue ministering using your methods.

MAPS CONSTRUCTION TEAMS

One area of particular need is construction. Because many of the local churches in Venezuela are reaching to the poor, they do not have the funds needed to build their churches, and the assistance of Mission teams is a tremendous blessing.

One of the vital parts of the ministry in Venezuela is the construction of schools, drug rehabilitation centers and churches. We have built facilities for the Venezuelan Church in every part of the country.
This aspect of the work is so vital as it puts the words, "love in action" into the rigth perpesctive. When the teams from the States come down and not only provide the building material but also their own expenses while in Venezuela, the people of Venezuela are shown true Christianity.

If you or your church would would like to come and work on one of our projects just send us an email and we will let you know how to make it a dream come true.
